• The equipment fee is a modest $100 per month. This includes a free monthly mechanical servicing. Where we will remove and clean the brewer mechanism, check the mixing bowls, which blend the coffees. We will also do a general check up at that time as well.  All parts and repair costs are also free.

Why does coffee from a coffee shop always seem to taste better?  It is so easy; you don’t have to brew it yourself.  Plus you choose the flavor, size, while each frothy indulgence delights your tongue.
Your ‘coffee-bot’, works for you, without the labor expense of a barista preparing your coffee, or the overhead cost of a store.  Technology has already replaced many other jobs, and now it has hit the coffee industry.

Why should we use the Gourmet Single Cup System?

1. Choices are huge.  There are so many choices and the machine is flexible, allowing you to change the menus, which creates future interest. 
   We are going to list a few if the choices available to you. All these choices cannot be offered at the same time, yet many, many options await you.  Offer 3 blends of coffee, plus Café Latte, Mokaccino, Café Hazelnut, Cappuccino, French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Vanilla Nut, and French Coco w/Vanilla, Hot Chocolate with milk, and many others.
   Every selection allows you choose regular or extra strength!
   
2. Specialty Coffees. There are so many specialty blends to enjoy, and if you want some really exotic beans, we will special order it for you from Caribou Coffee. We just need a couple of weeks notice before your coffee arrives.
   
3. Keep your coffee station clean! Traditional office coffee service with glass pots, or thermal brewers, requires multiple product packages scattered all over the counter.  The single cup brewers provide a clean uncluttered approach to coffee.
   
4. Why is the coffee so good?  This brewer has very precise steep times (water & coffee contact time) and it uses a paper filter system and exacting coffee measurements. When you combine this precision with superb coffee beans the result is coffee excellence.  Then you blend this excellent coffee with other selections creating some truly exotic coffee drinks. 
   
5. Freshest!  Your cup is the freshest because the beans are ground, and then each cup is individually brewed.
   6. Petty product theft is eliminated.  All products are kept locked inside the brewer.  Traditional coffee set ups are too conveniently packaged, and sometimes coffee and other products walk home in someone’s pocket.
   
6. Training is FREE!  Mastercraft trains one or two of your employees about basic machine maintenance. A day convenient to you will be scheduled for the training. Your personnel will just have simple cleaning, stocking, and waste removal to keep the system operating smoothly.  The single cup brewer is a very high capacity machine, which minimizes when someone needs to service it. Water filter systems on each brewer are regularly replaced as volume levels indicate.
   
7. Carafes of Coffee. Brew carafes of coffee. Carafes are specifically designed for this machine and purchased separately.

Mastercraft maintains ownership of the equipment.  Mastercraft will be your one-stop shop for simplified coffee service.  We know improving service is your goal.

Purchase the type of product necessary on an as-needed basis.  The price on coffee products is on a per pound basis.  We will not change your price based on per machine usage.  You will always know your costs.

Training

1. Training is needed because the sophisticated brewer requires some monitoring and routine maintenance. The training is FREE.   The number of high-quality selections in a compact package comes at a cost… complexity.
2. Our experience has demonstrated how important it is to thoroughly train multiple operators for area the machine is located. If one of your operators leaves, or is not confident with the system, we are happy to send our trained system specialist to your location a second, or third time if necessary.  If they are confident and comfortable, it will work better for everyone.
3. Mastercraft’s service department will always support you.

Mastercraft’s responsibilities will be:

• Provide training.
• Delivering coffee products on a timely basis
• Repairing equipment during mechanical failure.
• Provide periodic cleaning of the brewer mechanism to ensure proper functioning.

Client responsibilities will be routine equipment maintenance like:

• Emptying the drip tray
• Refilling product canisters.
• Doing routine cleaning.
• The client must purchase all coffee related products from Mastercraft.
