Convenience Café  - Saving Money
Mastercraft gives this innovative machine for Free, just like your other brewing equipment.  Convenience Café saves you money because of purchasing bulk products, and reducing theft of individual products.
Currently if you want hot chocolate or soups you must purchase them as individual packages, which have a much higher cost per serving.  Why pay for packaging?  Individual packaging is expensive, empty wrappers clutter your counter top and ultimately winds up in the landfill.  Convenience Café allows you to just press a button once and a portion-controlled dose of the product is dispensed directly into your cup.  Then you mix hot water from the brewer spigot, or cold water from a chiller, resulting in a delicious soup or beverage.

Additional cost savings are possible by substantially reducing the internal theft of (blank)’s coffee products.  We all know a certain amount simply walks out the door. Individual packages are conveniently slipped into a purse or briefcase for home consumption.  A better use of your coffee budget could go to offering some selections currently not available.  Your savings can be moved into offering something different.  If you do not offer soup now maybe you can afford to try it now!?

Eliminating Clutter
Your break area likely looks like so many other kitchens…where there are canisters and boxes, and packages all over the place.  There may be granules of sugar, and powdered creamer with scraps of packaging mixed in for good measure.
Convenience Café provides the means to clean up your act.  Every thing is contained in a very neat package.  The machine is only 10.5” wide, 11” deep and 16.5” high, so it easily fits under any standard kitchen cabinet.
Convenience Café keeps the powder off of the countertop. Currently some people struggle with individual packets, which finally relent and explode their contents into a cloud of dust.  Now all the contents will end up in the cup, and the small amount of dust that may miss the cup will be caught in the drip tray located under the dispenser nozzles.

Adding Variety
Coffee service is a very visible and inexpensive employee benefit!

When coffee service is compared to changing compensation, vacation, insurance packages or any other benefit… it is down right cheap!  Adding a few new items to the products already carried creates a lot of good will among your employees.  Back in the 1970’s and part of the 80’s not all offices had coffee service so the offices that provided it were considered exceptional.  Today coffee service is considered the norm in all offices.  (blank) will be a hero to your staff by simply adding some high quality soups, or cappuccino, or iced tea to your existing coffee choices.  Convenience Café makes this easy by allowing you to purchase these products in bulk.  Please inquire to see if you are a candidate for a free trial.

Bean Grinders

Bean Grinders can be a nice addition...

  • The coffee is the freshest it can be. Plus the smell of fresh ground coffee is delightful.
  • People generally have the impression that grinding coffee is the gourmet approach to coffee.
  • The coffee is more affordable, because you are purchasing the beans in bulk and the packaging costs are less.
  • These grinders are provided for FREE, if the expected volume will support it.

There are also some down sides that should be considered when considering a bean grinder.

  • The first issue is a little house keeping.  The grinders can be a little messy. The static electricity can trap grounds to the underside where the brew basket slides in and out. This leads to a dusting of grounds on the countertop, and there is nothing that can be done to prevent it.
  • We are also adding another step to the process, because we are asking the end user to grind the coffee.  Yet this is a minor inconvenience.

Lastly some of the benefits of ultra freshness are counterbalanced by the fact that the grinders we provide cannot match the $50,000 grinders a large roasting house may use. Grind quality will affect the ability of the water to properly extract the full flavor from the coffee.  This counterbalance means that the realized coffee quality between a fresh ground pot of coffee, compared to a pot made with a Fractional Pack (Bag coffee) are really about the same.
