Mastercraft maintains very thorough sanitation practices to insure all products are prepared in the cleanest, most sanitary environment. Sanitation accounts for a majority of our employee bonus scoring. So, when Mastercraft says clean, we mean "spotless," inside and out. 
 









You may inspect the interior of the equipment at anytime. Since our sanitation standards are so high, we're confident we will always exceed your expectations for cleanliness. 
 
A strong emphasis is put on what is explicitly expected, like delivery openings on each machine. These and many other details are covered in training, and then reviewed during inspections. 
 
Sanitation is important because cleaner is healthier, and a spotless food program has a positive impact on how your establishment is perceived by your employees and visitors.
