Starbucks Training
- Training is needed because the sophisticated brewer requires some monitoring and routine maintenance. The training is FREE. The number of high-quality selections in a compact package comes at a cost… complexity.
- Our experience has demonstrated how important it is to thoroughly train multiple operators for area the machine is located. If one of your operators leaves, or is not confident with the system, we are happy to send our trained system specialist to your location a second, or third time if necessary. If they are confident and comfortable, it will work better for everyone.
- Mastercraft’s service department will always support you.
Mastercraft’s responsibilities will be:
- Provide training.
- Delivering coffee products on a timely basis
- Repairing equipment during mechanical failure.
- Provide monthly cleaning of the brewer mechanism to ensure proper functioning.
Client responsibilities will be routine equipment maintenance like:
- Emptying the drip tray
- Refilling product canisters.
- Doing routine cleaning.
The client must purchase all coffee related products from Mastercraft.
